Indie Rock?....no, Indie Video games!
Here is your flash-tastic game of the day. Although I am just hearing about this now, there has been a sweet run and jump game flash called Alien Hominid that has been out for a few years now. The flash game was very sucessful, so the makers of the game decided to create a console version of the game. Because no big companies would support a simple game that has been hand drawn (they figured that it looked the best that way), the makers decided to create the console game themselves. Hence, the indie. The game is now out on PS2 and GC and is getting great reviews.
The game is pretty hard but the graphics are sweet.
