Bible School

I came across this article, which boils down to an attack on liberals (sinners) for turning fundamentalist freshman into non-believers (50% of the time). I love how they account for this "indoctrination" ...

Methods of indoctrination are likely to include not only required courses, but also freshman orientation, speech codes, mandatory diversity training, dormitory policies, guidelines for registered student organizations and mental health counseling ..

Diversity training, Dormitory policies? Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot. Since when does learning to appreciate that people are different and where to place your recyclables turn you into a heathen?

The modern university, having lost its moral convictions, has attached itself to relativistic doctrines such as tolerance and diversity, which mean, in practice, tolerance of anything but Biblical faith and traditional morality.

This is a fallacious comment and is a matter of opinion that universities have lost their moral convictions. And who decides what a moral conviction is?

I don't remember any diversity or tolerance training in college where someone said, "Now, make sure that you are tolerant of people with diverse sexual-orientations, race, and religion, oh wait....but not Christians, those folks have it all wrong." So, by their logic, to be tolerant of all people, is not to be Christian.

I wish they would just come out and say, "Going to college makes you an independent thinker." And that is a sin.
