Hey, it's nice to see that nick is still alive. And yes, he's right, things are busy in WI, too. I had to watch Bucky win by 49 before finishing studying for this goodness, which I take tomorrow morning. Yay.

Yes, I should be in bed (or doing more cramming), but I had to post this zinger from good ole "Howie D":

Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean brushed aside Vice President Dick Cheney's repeated charges Friday that a Democratically-controlled Congress would raise taxes on middle-class Americans.

"Well, if you'll pardon my expression, Nancy Pelosi's a lot more of a straight shooter than the vice president is," Dean told CNN's Wolf Blitzer when asked if Cheney's recent allegations that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi favored tax increases.

ZING! POW! ZAP!

In other news, more right-wingers are getting busted for unsavory behavior. So, a preacher with ties to the White House contacted a male prostitute, bought drugs, but ONLY got a massage and then didn't use the drugs? Right. And Clinton didn't inhale. And now a Republican perishes from Abramoff ties. Did I mention that my Halloween costume almost was Jack Abramoff? That would've been fun.

In other news, neo-cons are turning on themselves, and Joe Lieberman is going to win because of Republicans. And some even predict that the GOP may keep control.

What a crazy world. At least I have football to comfort me.
