Best legal argument ever.

Sticky
Here's the AP headline - Man sues ex-girlfriend over glued genitals.

When he woke up, Slaby found that O'Toole had used Super Glue to stick his genitals to his abdomen, glued his buttocks together and spelled out a profanity on his back in nail polish.

Mr. Slaby should have seen this coming. The couple had already split up, and he had found a new girlfriend, but regardless he accepted an invitation to spend the night at his ex's place. Couldn't he have seen that something bad was coming?

Regardless, the defense attorney for Ms. O'Toole made a fantastic argument:

O'Toole's attorney, Chuck Evans, said it was a consensual act and Slaby wasn't permanently damaged.

A consensual act? The man falls asleep, only to wake up and find his parts glued together, and that was consensual? Now my question is this - how exactly did he give consent while asleep? And, would any (non-insane) man give his consent for this?
