As my digital music collection grows (cough cough...only from purchases online or rips of my own cds), I realized that sometimes when I don't know what I want to hear I don't listen to anything. I know that may sound odd, but I think it has to do with appreciating the old days when I had to scan through a rack of CDs, check out the cover, and then play it.
Well, there is now a program, CoverFlow, for the Mac that loads your music collection, downloads album art, and the lets to scroll through the covers to find an album you want to listen to. I don't know how practical it is to use regularly yet, but it is pretty hot looking.
Wowzas, this looks really sweet. I'll give it a whirl. And plus, it is freeware. Double bonus (actually I wanted to say "Double True," but that may not be so appropriate).
