Excuse me, can you spare some change? You see, recently someone has "come under partisan liberal attacks" and needs a few bucks. It's really a good cause, and it'll make you feel all warm inside to help defend someone that can't afford to defend himself.
The funniest part of this whole thing is the site's usage of Stephen Colbert, as they show a Colbert Report clip right on their home page that "exposes the truth" of the political witchhunt against DeLay. If you think that is a rather strange thing to do, you wouldn't be the only one. Further, the campaign thinks Colbert is so persuasive that they are crediting him in their mass mailings (via ThinkProgress). Too funny.
Maybe the DeLay camp thinks that the "general" public won't get the fact that the "Cobert Report" is based on scarasm and sardonism, to appeals to its viewers. That of course, is assuming the DeLay folks do.
