[Mark Albertini,] A Republican running for governor was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication following a GOP rally in Knoxville, sheriff's officials said. [...] The arrest report says a search of Albertini's car turned up a bottle of wine and a pistol. [...] No alcohol was served [at the rally he was attending, Knox County Republican Party Chairman Brian] Hornback said. [...] In his most recent campaign finance report, Albertini said he had raised $500 — less than 1 percent of [state Sen. Jim] Bryson's $520,000. [Emphasis added]
