how can they taxidermy it now that it's been run over, gutted, and skinned? i'm terribly confused. and the "appendages" have been cut off- the guy's holding the severed limbs in his hands!

Kar - taxidermy often works by stretching the skin/fur over a plastic/foam body form. So here, someone would have to assemble a body with the proportions (and seven legs in all the right places), and then the skin would be stretched over it / attached. I'm pretty sure they could sew the skin panels back together and make it look "real." Delicious!
